In the event that you are involved in an accident or incident, please follow these guidelines:

Immediately arrange for first aid for anyone who is injured.
Promptly contact a Northeast Aviation and Marine representative to report the accident or incident. Please print and complete the attached form Notification of Loss - PDF
Take the necessary precautions to protect the aircraft or watercraft from further damage. (The insurance company will reimburse you for any expenses that you incur during this process.)
Contact authorities as required. Click here to review NTSB notification procedures for aviation accidents. You may be contacted by local law enforcement, the FAA and/or the NTSB. Do not make any statements about the accident, (except to law enforcement and government officials), until the insurance company has given you permission.
Do not initiate any repair work on the airplane or watercraft until the insurance company has agreed to it.
