Jeff Mallia

Vice President, Schenectady, New York
Jeff began the Northeast Aviation and Marine division and oversees the Schenectady office. He has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. His aviation experience includes:

  • Naval Aviator - Commander, USNR, retired 8 years flying tactical jets on aircraft carriers
  • Hours in the following aircraft: F-18, A-7, A-6, A-4, F-4, T-2, T-28, T-44
  • Jeff Mallia
  • Air Wing Strike Leader, qualified and served as a Squadron Safety Officer, Landing Signal Officer and Flight Instructor in the Navy.
  • Flight Instructor: Tactical Jet Carrier Qualification, Air Combat, Weapons Delivery
  • General Aviation-Commercial Pilot with ratings: Single-engine land, Multi-engine limited to centerline thrust and instrument
  • Built and flies an EAA Oshkosh award-winning homebuilt aircraft - Cozy III
  • Active in many EAA activities, including Young Eagles

Eric Saliba

Vice President, Long Island, New York
Eric oversees the Long Island office and has over ten years experience in the aviation insurance industry as both an Aviation Insurance Underwriter for USAIG and also a Broker with Marsh, Inc., where he served as an Assistant Vice President in General Aviation. His insurance expertise has allowed him to successfully handle risks as diverse as Fortune 500 Flight Departments to Air Traffic Control Liability. He has ten years of General Aviation experience as a Certified Flight Instructor and in the Aviation Management field. His aviation experience also includes:

  • Commercial Pilot with ratings: Single-engine land, Multi-engine land and instrument
  • Certified Flight Instructor
  • 1,800 total flight hours
  • Active member of several local and regional flying organizations including AOPA and EAA
  • Owner of a restored 1946 Cessna 140 antique aircraft



Shawn Daley

Shawn Daley

Vice President, Schenectady, New York
Shawn oversees the Marine division of the company. He has over 14 years experience in all facets of marine insurance handling accounts as complex as the cargo and warehousing exposures of companies exporting to Russia, as well as marinas, yacht clubs, yachts and private pleasure watercraft. He is a certified sailing instructor and has a lifetime of boating experience having owned and operated several types of sail and power craft.

Jack works in the Long Island office handling most of our pleasure and business aircraft accounts. He is a licensed insurance broker and holds a Private Pilot certificate. Through building strong rapports with underwriting companies and clients, Jack is always expanding his knowledge to include all facets of aviation insurance. His prior aviation experience includes working for several years in the Line Services department of a major FBO and assisting on the maintenance of his family's experimental aircraft. Jack hopes to earn his Instrument Rating in the very near future.




Adam Farragher

Adam Farragher

Customer Service
Adam coordinates the servicing and daily activities for our Aviation Division. He is a licensed insurance broker and has experience in all facets of aviation insurance handling types of accounts such as pleasure & business aircraft, flight schools, charter operators and full service FBO's. Adam, a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, was also a member of the U.S. Air Force in the New York Air National Guard working as an aircraft engine mechanic. He is an aviation enthusiast and hopes to become a certified pilot in the near future.
